Thursday, March 28, 2024:

A Day of Reunion 

Winthrop

1:00-2:30pm:  Workshop: Building Winthrop and other Intentional Communities (optional). This workshop is for those who want to learn more about Winthrop and share in conversation about building intentional communities.  During the first part of the workshop, learn about Winthrop, the setting for our weekend and the community the Sullivans have been building since 2000. In the second portion, engage in broader conversation about building intentional community, ask questions about your projects, and other counsel to others. Meet at the Sullivan Residence.

2:45-3:30pm:  Walking Tour of Winthrop (optional). The Sullivan Family will take you on a walking tour of Winthrop—the intentional community they have been building since 2000. This is a great time—especially for kids!—to get oriented with and comfortable walking the town over the weekend. Meet at the Sullivan Residence.

3:30-4:30pm:  Road to Union Reunion and Singles Meet-up (optional). This is a meet-up for those who attended the Road to Union event or other singles in our community. Get to know each other at The Patio at Winthrop Liquors.

3:30-4:30pm:  Couples and Family Meet-up (optional). This is a meet-up for couples and families in our community. Get to know the other families in attendance. Kids will get the chance to tie-dye a tshirt! At the Sullivan Residence. Led by Jess Forte.

5:00-6:30pm:  Opening ceremony with Cathy Courtenay. Kick-off the weekend with conscious communication, a ritual, and a prayer and set the intention for our collective renewal. Cathy Courtenay— 2023 FFS master coach—will join in leading us in Circling, a conscious communication practice. At the Barn.

6:30-8:00pm: Welcome Dinner.   Enjoy reuniting with your tribe in a community dinner under the stars. Outside at the Barn.

8:00-9:30pm: Evening Lounge with Live Music and Talent Sharing. There’s no better way to kick off the weekend than with song and sharing our gifts. Bring your poetry, music, song, and other talents to share with the group in a cozy, casual lounge setting at the Barn.

Friday, March 29, 2024:

A Day of Transformation 

Winthrop

9:30am-12:00pm Breathwork Ceremony. Begin your Day of Transformation with breathwork, facilitated by Alicia Kay, assisted by Robert Monahan and others at the Barn. Bring layers or blanket in case you get cold. Enjoy live DJing as well as sound bowls. Fasting beforehand is recommended.

9:30-12:00pm:  Kids Programming, Session #1. Survive in the Woods, Thrive in the World. Sean Ashcraft will lead kids in an outdoor activity to build awareness and trust in themselves and the world around them. Activities include learning to identify plant, animal, and other wildlife around the 40 acres of nature preserved wetlands at Winthrop. This is an active, outdoor activity. Please be mindful of footwear.

12:00-1:30pm: Community Lunch. Delicious lunch provided. Served in the Sullivan’s private garden.

2:00-5:00pm: Men’s Circle. Join for an in-person men’s circle at the Barn. Hold your brothers and begin to prepare your heart for the evening ritual ahead.

2:00-5:00pm: Women’s Circle. Join for an in-person women’s circle in the Sullivan’s home. Hold your sisters and begin to prepare your heart for the evening ritual ahead.

3:00-4:30pm: Kids Programming, Session #2.  Mixed Media Arts Class at Winthrop Arts. Journey over to Winthrop Arts, a Winthrop-based arts non-profit that teaches multidisciplinary arts to children of all ages. Winthrop Arts is offering a private mixed media arts class for us!

5:00-6:30pm:  Community Dinner. Join for a leisurely dinner in the Sullivan’s private garden. 

7:00-10:00pm: Ceremony for Transformation: Rituals for transitions, group coherence healing, and ecstatic dance. The culmination of the Day of Transformation is an evening of community rituals. Folks in transition will be invited to be supported in a ritual through that.  Then, we will conduct a group coherence healing for those seeking healing.  Finally, we will integrate our healing with an ecstatic dance! Walk away lighter.

7:00-10:00pm:  Healing Salon #2.

7:00-10:00pm: Kids Programming, Session #3. Movie Night. Join for a kids movie night featuring Raya and the Last Dragon. You are the next generation! After the movie, join in a group conversation about your role in making a more beautiful world, guided by the character-building card game called “What do you stand for?”

Saturday, March 30, 2024:

A Day of Play and Prayer 

*The beach at Longboat Key

*Please note that this location is a one-hour drive from Winthrop. Plan to carpool together.

12:00-5:00pm: A Day of Play on the Beach. Following your release the night before, spend the day relaxing and rejoicing on the private beach on Longboat Key.  Bring your own lunch and snacks for the day.

2:00-5:00pm:  Healing Salon #3.

5:00-6:15pm: Community Dinner. Enjoy a casual dinner overlooking the beach with your tribe.

6:15-7:30pm: Ritual for a More Beautiful World.  Sarah Sullivan will guide us to use our intention, prayer, and breath to birth a more beautiful world in our hearts. Call in the rebirth and renewal your heart knows is possible. Open your eyes to the setting sun on a beautiful day.

7:30-9:30pm: Rejoice on the Beach.  Celebrate on the beach after a beautiful day of play.  Invite in a new dawn in the morning. 

Sunday, March 31, 2024:

A Day of Celebration 

Winthrop

9:45: Arrive at the Sullivan Residence yard. Arrive to the Sullivan Residence yard to walk as a group over to the Winthrop Meditation Park by 10:00am.

10:00-11:00am: Closing Cacao Ceremony and Rededication of the Winthrop Meditation Park. Last year, our group birthed the new Winthrop Meditation Park and had a dedication in honor of Parker Sherry.  Meet again at the park to reaffirm our prayers and leave a new offering at the park. Dana Wakley will lead us in a closing cacao ceremony for the weekend. (Meet at the Sullivan Residence at 9:45 to walk to the park.)

10:00-11:00am: Kids Programming #4. Trust in Tribe. As a closing ceremony for the kids, Sean Ashcraft will lead all kids in a closing exercise including trust falls and discussion to strengthen your capacity to trust your tribe.

11:30am-12:00pm: Epic Easter Egg Hunt for Kids. All kids are welcome for a one-of-a-kind Easter Egg Hunt in the Sullivan’s private garden. Carly is organizing this for our kids!

12:00-2:00pm: Easter Brunch and Garden Party. Wear your Sunday best to the Sullivan’s private garden as we gather for the feast of our renewal on Easter Sunday. Close the ceremony of our weekend by enjoying this beautiful meal together.

2:30pm: Departures. Hang around with the Tribe at the Sullivans through the early evening or begin traveling home.

2:00-4:00pm: Healing salon #4 (optional).
