Thursday, April 6, 2023:
A Day of Reunion
Winthrop
3:00-4:00pm: Registration. Rolling registration and check in for the weekend. At the Barn.
4:00-4:45pm: Walking Tour of Winthrop. The Sullivan Family will take you on a walking tour of Winthrop—the intentional community they have been building since 2000. This is a great time—especially for kids!—to get oriented with and comfortable walking the town over the weekend. Meet at the Barn.
4:45-5:45pm: Road to Union Reunion and Singles Meet-up. This is a meet-up for those who attended the Road to Union event or other singles in our community. Get to know each other at The Patio at Winthrop Liquors. Led by Andre Carmack.
4:45-5:45pm: Couples and Family Meet-up. This is a meet-up for couples and families in our community. Get to know the other families in attendance. At the Sullivan Residence. Led by Jess Forte.
6:00-7:00pm: Opening ceremony. Kick-off the weekend with ritual and prayer and set the intention for our collective renewal. At the Barn.
7:00-9:00pm: Welcome Dinner. Enjoy reuniting with your tribe in a community dinner under the stars. To be prepared with love by the Flavor Fairies outside at the Barn.
Friday, April 7, 2023:
A Day of Letting Go
Winthrop
9:30am-12:00pm Breathwork Ceremony. Begin your Day of Letting Go with breathwork, facilitated by Melanie Joy and Alicia Kay, assisted by Chad Voisen and others, with live DJ-ing provided by Jordan Rahme at the Barn. Bring layers or blanket in case you get cold. Fasting beforehand is recommended.
9:30-12:00pm: Kids Programming, Session #1.
12:00-1:30pm: Community Lunch. Delicious vegan lunch provided and prepared by the Flavor Fairies. Served in the Sullivan’s private garden.
2:00-5:00pm: Men’s Circle. Join for an in-person men’s circle at the Barn. Hold your brothers and begin to prepare your heart for the grief ritual ahead.
2:00-5:00pm: Women’s Circle. Join for an in-person women’s circle in the Sullivan’s home. Hold your sisters and begin to prepare your heart for the grief ritual ahead.
2:00-5:00pm: Kids Programming, Session #2.
5:00-6:30pm: Community Dinner. Join for a leisurely dinner in the Sullivan’s private garden.
7:00-10:00pm: Grief Ritual and Live Music Chanting. The culmination of the Day of Letting Go is a community grief ritual. Everyone will be invited to bring one grief to the circle that we will leave on the altar together. Led by Sarah Sullivan. Then, Jerod Wessler, Stacy McKean, Marisel, Sarah Sullivan and others from the FFS Akal group will lead us in live music and chanting of the mantra Akal, the mantra of rebirth. Walk away lighter.
7:00-10:00pm: Kids Programming, Session #3.
Saturday, April 8, 2023:
A Day of Play and Prayer

*Please note that this location is a one-hour drive from Winthrop. Plan to carpool together.
12:00-5:00pm: A Day of Play on the Beach. Following your release the night before, spend the day relaxing and rejoicing on the private beach on Longboat Key. Bring your own lunch and snacks for the day.
5:00-6:00pm: Community Dinner. Enjoy a casual dinner overlooking the beach with your tribe.
6:00-7:30pm: Ritual for a More Beautiful World. Sarah Sullivan will guide us to use our intention, prayer, and breath to birth a more beautiful world in our hearts. Call in the rebirth and renewal your heart knows is possible.
8:00-9:00pm: Ecstatic silent disco beach dance. Jordan Rahme will guide us through a live DJ set as we silent disco to the stars on the beach and rejoice after our prayers.
Sunday, April 9, 2023:
A Day of Renewal
Winthrop
10:00-11:00am: Memorial and Dedication for Parker Sherry. Stacy McKean will lead us in a heartfelt memorial for our brother Parker Sherry. We will dedicate a special place at Winthrop to his memory.
11:00am-12:00pm: Epic Easter Egg Hunt for Kids. All kids are welcome for a one-of-a-kind Easter Egg Hunt in the Sullivan’s private garden.
12:00-2:00pm: Easter Brunch and Garden Party. Wear your Sunday best to the Sullivan’s private garden as we gather for the feast of our renewal on Easter Sunday. The Flavor Fairies will prepare the meal for our biggest celebration yet.
2:00-3:00pm: Closing Open Mic. Close the ceremony of our weekend together by sharing your greatest medicine, song, and gifts with your tribe.
